1. Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of Ayurvedic and personal care products, we accept returns only if:
• Product is damaged during transit
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Order number
• Clear photos of product
• Description of issue

International shipping charges and customs duties are non-refundable.
